UPLOAD REQUIREMENTS
We accept the following file formats: PNG (bitmap), JPG(bitmap) EPS (vector) PDF or AI (Vector).
We recommend your files are at least 500kb and 150-200dpi. Small low resolution 72dpi files result in a blurry, pixilated graphic.
Our Maximum Print Size is 300mm x 400mm.
If you cannot get your logo to display correctly in the Shirt Designer, you can email you logo to us at art@esponline.co.nz and we will happily convert it to a format that is compatible with the Shirt Designer at no charge.
